Receptionist - 4 days a week - must be local to Blackheath. JOB ID- 4774

Summary

Beverley Morris & Co. solicitors is looking for a helpful, friendly person of smart appearance to become part of its lively, happy team at its busy Blackheath office.

The firm has an excellent reputation and prides itself on a high level of client service.

As one of an experienced team of receptionists / telephonists, you will greet clients and other visitors and be their first engagement with the firm. You will take pride in representing the firm, providing a high level of service with warmth, care and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone calls from existing and new clients

• Greeting clients and other visitors to our office

• Processing new client enquiries and passing them to the appropriate person within the firm

• Helping to manage new enquiries into the firm and retaining and updating a central register

• Ensuring that our reception area is kept tidy and well presented at all times

• Providing administrative support as needed and requested

Requirements

• Outstanding time management

• Excellent telephone manner and the ability to take messages effectively and efficiently

• Able to use the firm’s case management system (training will be provided)

Hours are: Tuesday 1pm to 5pm

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
