I did not want to return to my corporate role after taking a career break as, financially, it just didn’t work. I really wanted more flexibility and a work-life balance, so I identified a gap in the market and set up Get Ahead - an outsourcing agency.

 

I launched the business once my 3rd child started school, and I now have over 80 freelance virtual experts working in the agency and 8 franchisees running their own Get Ahead regional offices, all feeling empowered and managing to achieve the work-life balance we all deserve.
