You’ll be joining our London Head office in the heart of Farringdon, next to the iconic Hatton gardens and leather lane. This modern office is home to 12 showrooms, multiple meeting rooms and creative spaces. We have a multi-disciplined team of over 70 adidas employees, working across Brand, Sports Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Marketing Activations, Culture Marketing, Sales, Newsroom, PR & Communities.

 

What you’ll do:

 

As a Manager for Digital Key Accounts at adidas, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and enhancing the digital shopping experience for one of our key online retail partners, Amazon within the footwear category.

Your responsibilities will also include:

Develop and execute a Strategic Key Account Plan for Amazon, aligned with brand and commercial goals.

Lead the sell-in process for defined product ranges and set seasonal targets in close collaboration with the Senior Key Account Manager.

Drive sell-out performance and maximize order book conversion by continuously optimizing the on-site assortment and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance plans to support internal planning and decision-making.

Measure and enhance commercial impact by analysing performance metrics and driving continuous improvements.

Partner with the operations team to resolve issues and support supply chain optimization efforts.

Skills you’ll need:

3+ years of commercial experience, ideally managing large digital accounts in a Key Account selling environment

Experience working with leading global eMarketplace platforms

Proficiency in MS Excel, outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

High motivation, with the ability to work in a deadline driven environment

Cross functional experience across sales and operations or marketing is a plus

Keen interest & strong understanding of digital retail and e-commerce dynamics and of the sporting goods industry.
