ustomer Service Manager job id-3462

This is a fabulous opportunity for a Customer Service professional to play a vital role with a future-focused and customer-obsessed hair and skincare brand. In this fast-paced and flexible environment no two days are the same, as you work to provide outstanding customer service.

 

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the Central London office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead UK customer service team across all support channels within SLA timeframes

Process orders, returns, and maintain accurate customer interaction records using CRM software

Develop service policies, set KPIs, and optimise workflows for improved efficiency

Liaise with regulatory, legal and cross-functional teams on processes and compliance projects

Handle escalated issues while identifying opportunities for process improvements

Manage Shopify trade accounts to support salon setup needs
