Customer Service Advisor - Home Working JOB ID- 5021

Summary: The Customer Service Advisor role involves handling inbound calls related to customer service, complaint management, and technical support in a remote working environment. Key Responsibilities:

 

Inbound customer service relating to maintenance queries and emergency calls

Logging customer notes on the systems

Taking call out payments over the telephone where required

Complaint handling where required

Taking full ownership of a call, ensuring the customer receives the highest levels of customer service
