About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Lead Account Manager to cultivate key client relationships and oversee the seamless delivery of campaigns. This position calls for an expert with the confidence to shape client strategy, the creativity to inspire groundbreaking ideas, and exceptional organizational skills to drive outstanding results across multiple accounts.
What you'll be doing:
Client leadership: Forge and nurture robust client relationships, serving as their trusted partner and advisor.
Account strategy: Spearhead the strategic planning and execution of TikTok campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Brief management: Analyze and hone client briefs, translating them into action-oriented plans for our internal teams.
Team collaboration: Collaborate with in-house TikTok creators, freelance talent, and influencers to produce innovative, on-brand content.
Content ideation: Facilitate brainstorming sessions to create compelling concepts that resonate with TikTok audiences.
Campaign performance: Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, offering actionable insights for optimization.
Research & analysis: Execute trend, competitor, and influencer analysis to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving TikTok landscape.
Client shoots: Oversee client shoots when required, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and align with the brief.
What you'll bring:
Significant experience in account management, preferably in a social media or creative agency.
A profound understanding of TikTok, its trends, and the creation of high-performing content.
