We’re looking for a stellar Business Analyst Intern. As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll have the unique opportunity to contribute to a strategic area —Finance, Operations, Strategy, and more—working closely with senior leaders and founders to help scale the company. This is not your typical internship or early-career role. You will drive real change from day one, exploring creative solutions and improving efficiency in a dynamic, fast-growing technology company. Whether it’s enhancing business processes, conducting data-driven financial analysis, or working cross-functionally with internal teams, your contributions will directly shape the future of Job&Talent.
What you’ll be doing
Partner with internal teams to dive deep into business processes and identify areas for improvement
Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover inefficiencies and optimize operations
Build and manage large data sets, using tools like SQL and Excel/G-Sheets, translating insights into actionable strategies
Propose innovative, strategic recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency
Learn from and work alongside company founders and senior leaders on high-impact initiatives
Who We’re Looking For:
A top performer with a degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
Someone with exceptional data analysis skills and an eagerness to tackle complex challenges
A strong communicator with full professional competency in English (C1 level)
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and database management
