Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role, with a minimum of 5 years in progressively responsible positions. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex HR-related issues. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and retention. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
