Job Description
Our sales team works with best-in-class products which digitally transform real-time operations for our clients. As a member of the PagerDuty BDR team, you will hold a key position in the development and growth of our sales pipeline. A successful BDR will play a strong role in fueling the continued growth and evolution of PagerDuty. You will support the Account Executives team as you follow a well-defined methodology that helps them identify the customer?s unique needs and clearly convey the value of PagerDuty products.

Responsibilities
Clearly articulate PagerDuty?s business value proposition to assess buying interest and demonstrate passion about transformation and innovation
Conduct account development best practices and strategically target commercial and enterprise accounts, by leveraging phone, email, video and social technologies
Develop and leverage discovery process in having conversations with Mid to C-Level suites
Proficient in utilizing Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach and Zoominfo
Demonstrate consistent record of achieving sales goals
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
0-3 years of prior sales experience
Experience using a CRM (preferably Salesforce)
Permanent location within the Toronto metropolitan area and ability to commit to hybrid/in-office presence
Permanent, unrestricted work authorization in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in prior SDR/BDR role at a dynamic SaaS company
Experience using ZoomInfo, Outreach, SFDC, SalesNavigator, Salesloft, Vidyard, automated dialer technology
The base salary range for this position is 55,000 - 55,000 CAD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
