KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
Employee Relations:

Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Conduct employee engagement initiatives and ensure a harmonious work atmosphere.
Training and Development:

Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Support career development initiatives and mentorship programs.
HR Policy and Compliance:

Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend policy revisions when necessary.
Performance Management:

Implement performance appraisal systems and provide constructive feedback.
Work closely with management to address performance-related issues and implement improvement plans.
