  • Research opportunities, partners, sponsors, and relevant news or industry updates.
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and contact lists for the Founder's work.
  • Act as the first point of contact for certain enquiries.
  • Support in creating SOPs for administrative and executive processes.
  • Monitor, prioritise, and respond to emails where appropriate.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar senior administrative role.
  • Skilled at managing complex schedules and multiple priorities.
  • Proficient with email/calendar management tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Lived experience within our community focus is highly valued.

What You Will Gain

  • Direct mentorship from the Founder and insight into leading a grassroots CIC.
