You will work as a dedicated resource to assist and guide our selling partners, addressing their queries and concerns, and helping them succeed on our platform. Your role will directly impact the growth and success of our seller community.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and support to Amazon third-party sellers.
Address and resolve seller inquiries via email, chat, or phone with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex seller issues.
