Position: Remote Customer Service Specialist (Voice/Non-Voice)

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to convey accurate information and enhance the customer experience.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions for future reference and improvement.
