Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via chat, addressing concerns, providing information, and resolving issues with the highest level of professionalism.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive and accurate responses to customer queries.
Maintain a deep understanding of The Uwit Job products, services, and policies to deliver informed support.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Required Skills:

Proven experience in chat support or a related customer service role.
