Job Description:

Position Overview: The Receptionist cum Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This position requires a versatile individual who can seamlessly transition from greeting visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor to handling administrative tasks with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management: Be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, offering a professional and friendly greeting. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Phone and Email Communication: Answer incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, and respond to emails in a prompt and professional manner.
Office Administration: Assist in general office tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management. Keep office supplies stocked and order new supplies as needed.
Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars and schedule meetings as required.
Visitor Coordination: Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and visitors.
Mail Handling: Receive and distribute mail and packages.
Assist with Event Planning: Support in planning and organizing office events and meetings.
Basic Accounting Tasks: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and other basic accounting responsibilities.
Ad Hoc Duties: Handle ad hoc tasks as requested by the management team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
