JOINING THE PROGRAM

What you need to have:

 

Right to work in the UK - suitability assessed on application

The ability to pass a criminal record/background checks

Be open to relocation for the role

Enthusiasm to learn and a passion for tech!

What you will do:

With _nology, you will embark on 8 weeks of fully funded training in software and cloud engineering, followed by a period of upskilling and interview preparation for an 18-month job placement opportunity with one of our hiring partners. Throughout this time you'll discover that technology is creative, innovative, and bursting with possibility.

 

Our Pathway To Tech Program provides you with strong technical foundations designed to ensure you enter the sector with confidence and gain invaluable industry experience! Once job-ready following your training, you’ll have opportunities to work with our hiring partners who span innovative sectors like Financial Services, Consultancies, Entertainment, Big Tech, and Government. Our clients are FTSE 100 global brands including Goldman Sachs, Citibank, EY, Accenture, Admiral - to name a few.

 

The training curriculum is taught by industry experienced coaches with a focus on practical experience, equipping you with the necessary skills for technology roles across a range of in-demand engineering disciplines like Software, Cloud, Testing, Data and BA. You’ll get to work on meaningful and innovative projects, powered by the latest technologies and industry best practices.

 

With over 90% of our _nologists securing a permanent position at the end of their job placement period, _nology is the perfect starting point for anyone looking to switch into a rewarding new career.

WHAT WE OFFER

Fully-funded (free!) award-winning training to get you job-ready. You'll work on real-life client projects – aka great experience and exposure!

8 weeks of intensive, full-time remote training with over 300 hours of coding. You'll learn in-demand technical skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typsecript, TDD, React, Java) - don't worry if this doesn't mean anything to you yet!

Soft skills development – collaboration, communication, technical interviewing etc

When you've passed all training modules and are considered interview ready, we will present you to our clients in order to be selected to interview for an 18-month job placement

Personalised Learning & Development plan with ongoing support and mentorship

1-2-1 support with our expert coaches and talent success team

Starting salary of £26,000 with performance-based pay rise opportunities at 6 and 12 months

The potential opportunity to turn permanent with your onsite client after a successful 18 months with _nology

Potential to claim up to £1500 for relocation expenses if you're required to relocate within the UK for the role. You must already reside in the UK to be eligible for this.
