Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen
Provide recommendations on menu items, including specials and promotions
Ensure timely and efficient service, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact
Process payments and issue receipts accurately
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
