Communication and Support:

Serve as a bridge between candidates and employers, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the hiring process.
Provide ongoing support to candidates, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles, job placements, and communications.
Generate reports on recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
