Job Description
Are you passionate about human resources and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative company? Hulu is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team remotely. Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Contribute to HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Collaborate with the HR team on various administrative tasks to ensure efficient departmental operations.
Required Skills:

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
