Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team either on a part-time or full-time basis. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Administer benefits programs and liaise with external vendors as needed.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Provide guidance on performance management and professional development initiatives.
Collaborate with management to identify and address organizational needs.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
