Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
HR Administration: Handle routine HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and generating reports.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Learning and Development: Assist in organizing training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Required Skills:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
