Job Description:

As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various HR functions, gaining valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and participate in candidate evaluations.
Onboarding Assistance:

Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies and culture.
Employee Relations:

Assist in resolving employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace.
Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards.
Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making processes.
