Driver - above 20 Tonne JOB ID- 3650

Description

We are looking for Drivers to join our team at Stansted. Whether you are fresh from the test centre or have experience, we want to speak to you!

 

Your role

As a FedEx driver within our Linehaul fleet you’ll be driving a well-maintained vehicle from Station to Hubs with no loading and unloading. There may be some external customer that require loading/loading on the day shift (not multi drop).

 

Working hours: 48 hours per week

Shift pattern: Various Early AM and Midday start times Monday through Saturday

Salary: £14.49 per hour.  Premia paid for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm (£1.56 per hour), and 10pm - 6am (£1.88 per hour)

 

What will you going to be doing?

•    Moving fright between FedEx Locations or to our customers locations

•    Security of the vehicle and freight while in your vehicle

•    Complete procedural checks on your vehicle

•    Comply with Health and Safety regulations

 

What are we looking for?

•    A full valid LGV C+E licence along with Driver CPC and Tacho Driver Cards

•    Great attitude with the ability to work independently and flexibly

•    Good understanding of driving rules and regulations
