As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at Zinterview.ai, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. Your English proficiency will be key in effectively communicating. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the tech industry and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via email, chat, and phone.

2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.

3. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.

 

 

The position is 100% remote.

You are required to be online from 6PM to 11PM (5 hours).

You should have access to a good laptop with webcam during this internship period.
