Position Overview
INFOSYS is seeking a skilled and motivated Process Executive to join our team. As a Process Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing L1 Service Desk Technical Support to our European client located in Bellandur, Bangalore. You will be responsible for handling voice and chat interactions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a 24/7 weekly shift roaster and 6 days of work per week.

Key Responsibilities Provide L1 Service Desk Technical Support through voice and chat channels, adhering to JL2A & JL3A standards. Handle technical issues related to VPN, BSOD, Bit locker, MS Teams, password reset, Active Directory, printers, Outlook/webmail, add-ins, PST/DST, BIOS, drivers, and installations. Execute troubleshooting procedures and guide customers in resolving technical problems effectively. Demonstrate knowledge of the Ping command and utilize it to diagnose network connectivity issues. Understand the difference between service requests and incidents and handle them accordingly. Maintain awareness of SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and metrics associated with the role. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification. Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical support environment. Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with customer service tools and technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 work environment. Willingness to adapt to shifting priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
