Job Description
At The Uwit Job, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team across various locations. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our diverse administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
Respond promptly to inquiries and facilitate effective communication within the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
