Role Overview:

As a member of our Front Line Client Experience team, you'll be at the heart of our customer engagement efforts. Your mission? To delight our clients with prompt, friendly, and expert support, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engage with clients and customers via live chat and inbound phone calls, delivering personalized assistance and solutions (this will expand to include support tickets/emails at a later time).
  • Handling a diverse range of inquiries, from tour details and destination advice to real-time troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Impress clients with your responsiveness, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for enhancing the overall customer experience and driving continuous improvement.

Role details/hours:
This is a full-time role with a commitment of 42.5 hours per week (9.5 hour days with 1 hour break for lunch), spread across 5 days on our 100% remote team. We're looking for someone available to support our team during the following hours:
