Job Role

 

We are seeking a talented Amazon Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Are you a results-driven professional passionate about navigating the intricacies of Amazon Seller Central and maximising marketplace performance? You'll take the helm in managing our Amazon Seller Central accounts across key regional marketplaces, including the UK & EU. Utilise your expertise in Amazon's ecosystem and marketplace dynamics to optimise product listings, drive sales, and maximise profitability! What You’ll Be Doing

 

Oversee and manage Amazon Seller Central accounts for multiple regional marketplaces.

Develop and implement strategies to optimise product listings, enhance visibility, and drive sales on Amazon platforms.

Coordinate and collaborate with external partners, such as Amazon Seller Support and agencies, to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.

Analyse and interpret data to drive informed decisions and achieve sales targets across all Amazon marketplaces.

Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive positioning in the online marketplace.

Utilise Amazon-specific tools and software for efficient account management and to enhance operational effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Amazon strategies with company goals and initiatives.

Conduct regular performance analysis, derive insights, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Monitor and address customer feedback, product reviews, and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and customer satisfaction.

Implement strong inventory management practices to ensure adequate stock levels and minimise fulfilment issues.

Drive promotional and advertising strategies to increase product visibility, traffic, and sales on Amazon platforms.

Proactively identify opportunities and risks within the Amazon marketplace and propose actionable plans to capitalise on opportunities and mitigate risks.

Highlight and address potential areas for process improvements in Amazon Seller Central operations.

Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities and potential areas of improvement.

Successfully adapt to Amazon policies and algorithms changes to maintain strong marketplace performance.

Essential skills and requirements:

Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts across multiple regional marketplaces.

In-depth understanding of Amazon-specific tools and software (Helium 10, Data Dive, Keepa, Merchant Spring) for account management and optimisation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills with external stakeholders.

Solid understanding of eCommerce trends, algorithms, and best practices, particularly within the Amazon ecosystem.

Proficiency in inventory management and fulfilment processes on Amazon platforms.

Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets on Amazon marketplaces.

Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.

Leadership potential with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Decisive decision-making ability with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
